For two years I attended a very small school in Woolwich, only had 3 classes for children agd 5-11. Each year the older children had a trip to the Isle of Wight, always the same hotel. We made a journal before we went which covered geography, history etc of the island, work to do on the trip,and had a diary in the back to fill in each day, including a pocket money sheet to keep our accounts! I still have this journal, safely stored in the loft, will have to do a lo with pics from it to make a DLO.
I do wonder where all those children are now?
