My lo for this week's challenge on UKS. Based on a cd cover design with a film title and the use of red, black and playing cards.

Advent Calendar

These advent calendars were on sale in a supermarket. Some one on UKS decided they were ripe for altering, so I'm sure thousands are now around all looking very different. This is my attempt at one for my grandson.

8x8 lo

Another old pic, my niece aged 7. I have stamped on a transparency with white Stazon ink.

Hexagon Album

This hexagon album is made from covered mountboard, hinges are ribbon. Pics date between 1958-61 when we lived in Singapore and used to go to the swimming club.

Little book

I made this little book for my best friend of over 40 years who is in hospital. I found some very old pics of us as teenagers and thought this would cheer her up!

Have been trying to use up a lot of my scraps this week but the pile doesn't seem to go down!

Flower doodle template

I used my new flower doodle template on this lo, so many possibilities with it but I just used the whole outline and the doodle petal in black and then filled the circles with white pen. The pic is one of dd1's friends taken on the day they went to the National TV Awards ceremony.

Halloween

Oh dear, these 2 lo's are done on the same papers, but photo taken at different times! Pics show dd2 and her dh at our Halloween party. DD2 was bandaged as a mummy, but to eat, her dh had taken off his Jason mask! The pumpkin is actually a plastic drinking cup bought for dgs.

Dgs playing on the piano, which was my Mum's! The piano is well used to little children playing on it over the years!

My sister sent this photo taken from her son's bathroom window. Shows the London night skyline, you can see the Eye lit up. Not everyone has such a view!
